All is well, all is well
For some reason, you will repeatedly hear about every minor success in Iraq, yet many stories will be mentioned once, then disappear without trace. Two to watch out for are the announcement today that malnutrition in Iraqi children has almost doubled since Hussein was removed from power, and that the US commander in Iraq in September 2003 authorised torture against Iraqi detainees. I can't imagine why Blair and Bush aren't trumpeting these stories amongst their daily recital of good news from planet invasion.
